Sayangnya... station kereta api lama di Melalap adalah bangunan bersejarah tapi dibiarkan musnah. Pekan Beaufort dan Weston ada potensi pelancongan dengan kewujudan bangunan2 kolonial lama. Sepatutnya dijaga untuk tarikan pelancongan kereta api seperti dari Tanjung Aru ke Papar.

Why not start at 8am so you can see the amazing sunset? You'll be climbing in the dark anyway. But I guess it easier to climb upwards than downwards in the dark.
